In legal issues a sworn translator will join you to ensure that nothing that has been said is lost in translation.


Picking up the phone and explaining something in Spanish or researching the Spanish internet remains difficult for most people even though they have been living in Spain for a while.

You have a problem or question

You know that it can be solved by telephone, but you do not know who to call if or your language skills are insufficient. For example, your phone is not working, you have an electricity outage or you should talk to the school about your children. At the other end of the line they still speak only Spanish. And you not! We will call in your place and fix it for you.


How does it work?

If it is a technical problem:

If you want to make an appointment:

  • availability (days and times)
  • subject

Your data:

  • full name
  • phone number
  • Address (if relevant)
  • Email (if relevant)
  • NIE (if relevant)

If available:

  • phone number
  • Contact name of the other party.


Based on your data and our experience, we estimate the time needed, when we give you a quote. The rate = € 1,25 per minute, with a minimum of € 50,00 per order. The nightly rate of 18:00 to 08:00 is € 1,75 per minute.


We will call you back with feedback or send you an email, according to your wishes.


The better the information you provide, the sooner we can achieve results and therefore we keep the lowest possible cost.


Over, through and under the language barriers and Spanish bureaucracy, we will support you or your company during, before or after your stay or visit to the Costa del Sol.
